We worked alongside Jestico + Whiles Architects on the detailed design phase of this mixed-use regeneration project in Leeds.

The former industrial site on the Leeds-Liverpool canal is located in the Holbeck Urban Village, a Conservation Area that features several listed buildings, including the elegant Italianate towers that lend the site its name.

The regeneration project will create a mixed use, sustainable development providing commercial offices, affordable and private housing, retail, and leisure spaces.
