We were excited to be approached by Burnt Faith Distillery, a local East London Brandy House to explore possible ideas for a potential new distillery and tap room in the heart of the Kent countryside. 

The distillery and tap room would be housed within an original oast house building, surrounded by vineyards that would provide grapes for the distillery. The sensitive intervention to the existing building would create space for dramatic and elegant copper distillery pots, and would allow for views of the Kent countryside beyond.
