The clients at Brick Mews wanted to create a family friendly open plan kitchen dining space within their house. Through design development and client consultation we arrived at a kitchen bench seating under the large picture window which provides the perfect place to sit for meals with plenty of light and views across the garden.

The angle of the pitched roof is designed to maintain views of the original brick arch linking the original house reception rooms to the new extension.

The first-floor outrigger was also reconstructed as part of the project to create a new refurbished bedroom and bathroom with an upgraded pitched roof.  The rear of the property now has a sleek, contemporary, and cohesive appearance.
